Early in my career, I never felt free to present as my full self without jeopardizing being offer opportunities. No qualified candidate should have to feel as insecure as I did in those moments.
I am an entrepreneurial creative, lifelong learner and mother of two. My professional background began in Art Education as a professor at Kent State University while running successful small and medium size enterprises. My businesses range from services to hospitality and real property management. No matter the industry I was involved in for the past 15 years my focus was rooted in training diverse populations and marginalized communities, specializing in the LGBTQ+ community. My background in higher education has enhanced my commitment and ability to promote anti-bias efforts in every candidate I screen and company culture I train. |
